Excellent with fresh light dishes based in meats, vegetables and fresh
herbs. Also a good accompaniment to ripe cheeses such as Gouda,
Gruyere or a dry goat cheese

flavor.  Deep red and dark berries with hints of tar. On the palate, the
wine is velvety and firm with ripe tannins imparting smoothness and
balance.

Tamaya Sauvignon Blanc

Light yellow in color with pronounced aromas of green
and stone fruit. Fresh acidity opens the palate and allows
for grapefruit. Finishes smoothly. Well balanced and easy
drinking. Perfect for the summer!

Tamaya Pink Goat

This wine is a Syrah (or Shiraz, thanks Yellow Tail) Rose.
It has a deep pink color. It is fruity and fresh on the nose
with evident aromas of red fruit and grapefruit. Smooth
and round on the palate, bursting with fruit, but not sweet.
This rose has a lot of character. It is rare to find a rose
from Chile, especially one of great quality.

Tamaya Merlot Reserve

Aged 7 months in French and Hungarian oak. This merlot
tends to have a little spice with an excellent balance of
black fruit and tannins. The wine is off-dry. A merlot with
structure!

Aged 7 months in French and Hungarian oak. It has an
intense red color. This cab is fruit forward, medium
bodied, with hints of black fruit, spices, and chocolate.
The wine is off-dry.

Tamaya Chamine

This wine has a deep lovely red color and a perfumed aroma of
berries and fruits with intense flavors and underlying spicy oak
complexity!!  This wine is best enjoyed alone or with steaks from the
Grill or a great lamb and potato dinner as well or just enjoy it with your
favorite pizza!

Tamaya Carmenere Reserve

The pride of Chile. 2006 gold medal winner in Chile for
the best Carmenere. Chile is the only country that can
make this wine and we were given the gold by other
Chilean wine makers. Quite an honor!! Aged 9 months in
French and Hungarian oak. Medium bodied and smooth
on the palate. Excellent fruit with spice and earth. Truly
one of kind.
