Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel
The wine is crafted from grapes from 35 - 80 year old fines.  Rich,
dark berry flavors from small grape clusters are balanced with oak.  
Luscious layers of plum, pepper and chocolate provide a lingering
and spicy finish.  
Food pairings - Pairs well with barbecue, pizze, hearty pastas, chili
and ribs.

Exhibits inviting aromas of spice and blackberry, with a raspberry top

Sanford Chardonnay

vanilla concoctions melting on an apple wood stick     bring harmony
to Granny Smith apple flavors that follow. Citrus notes mimic the most
delicious apple bars, showing highlights of buttery crust, caramelized
edges and rich lemon filling

Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2003 Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon shows lush, el
egant and silky soft tannins on the entry followed by flavors of dark
plum, juicy blackberry, and hints of subtle anise.  Traces of freshly roa
sted coffee interlaced with spices such as clove and nutmeg carry
this wine to its finish. This mountain fruit shows elegance and restrain
on the palate with evolved tannins throughout.
Vina Robles
Cabernet Sauvignon
Medium ruby red. Floral Cabernet bouquet, fine fruity flavors. Full,
elegant body with a long, soft finish. Ripe Tannins. Flavors of dark
chocolate and toasty vanilla oak.


Tolosa Chardonnay
"No Oak"
This is Chardonnay laid bare; no ML, and no barrels to hide behind! P
ure lime blossom, white peach, and tangerine fruit with a core of
cool-climate minerality. This is a big, flavorful Chardonnay, but
balanced by elegant, crisp acidity. Stellar with sushi, and equally at
home beside simple tapas; warm roasted almonds, Spanish tortilla or
thin slices of Jamón Serrano & ripe melon.




Donati Claret, Paicines
The blend for this estate grown, produced and bottled red is 71%
Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of
black currant and raspberry on the nose, with hints of chocolate,
coffee, vanilla, and a dollop of menthol. On the palate, flavors of
black currant and cherry mingle with chocolate, leather, and tobacco;
a touch of leafiness emerges at the end. The appellation ‘Paicines’
has an interesting history. Before prohibition this region had more
vines and vineyards in the ground then Napa and Sonoma . Come
taste a wine from a rediscovered and rising star in grape growing and
winemaking.

Renwood old vines zinfandel
Renwood is in Amador County, CA in the foothills of the Sierra Madie
Mts.  The vines for this wine literal are "old" some dating back to the
1920's.  This wine features bright cherry and sage spice.  The wine is
rich and jammy on the palate, perfect for winter.
Wild Horse Pinot Noir
one of the best known central coast of CA.  Properties not far from
Paso Robles.  Wines of outstanding value. Rich black cherry and

dishes, grilled meat and lamb.


Vidal Blanc
Light-bodied and slightly sweet, our Vidal Blanc is a
crisp and fruity wine with accents of apples, pears, and
grapefruit.  A great aperitif wine!  An excellent
complement to chicken, veal, and fruit salads.  Serve
chilled at 45 degrees.

vineyard lots from all over the Columbia valley to make a complex,
interesting Chardonnay. One of my mantras is "complexity through
diversity", and this wine personifies that. This is a versatile food wine
that can work with many dishes including chicken, pork and white
sauce pastas. It is truly the "I’ll have another glass of Chard" wine. "

Cooled by the nearby Pacific Ocean , the grapes produce a luscious
full-bodied wine with aromas of ripe apples and baked pears.
KENDALL JACKSON MERITAGE
2003  
Their first new wine in 11 years!  Meritage wine is a
Bordeaux style blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and
cabernet franc.  Roasted coffee, dark chocolate,
pomegranate and black cherry intertwine, giving you a
multi - layered full mouth feel.
Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc
This wine’s aromas are a compendium of dark fruit –
blackberry, black raspberry, black currant – with
elements of anise, cedar and root beer. A sip fills the
mouth with blackberry pie, black licorice and tea, while
maintaining absolute dryness and firm tannins. It is ready
to drink now, as well as structured enough to age
gracefully for the next 5 to 8 years.

One is immediately struck by the vibrant color of this
wine. The aromas of black cherries are complemented by
spice, toasty oak and cedar notes. Upon washing this
liquid across the palate, a wave of black crabapple, plum,
candied sweet fruits, with a hint of smoky, dark oak lead
to a long, totally seductive, finish.

Peirano The Other WHITE
Vibrant color, this wine offers the aromas of apples,
pears and peaches are complemented by subtle spice and

wave of green apple, ripe pears and peaches, with a hint of
oak, lead to a long, totally seductive, finish.
Rex Goliath - Pinot Noir
The palate shows dark berry fruits, with chocolatey complexity and
mouth-filling ripe fruit sweetness.
Food Pairings - Delicious with porcini field mushroom risotto or pasta.
 Also complements grilled vegetables, veal, chicken or salmon.
Seven Sinners
2004 Syrah
The 2004 Seven Sinners Syrah was sourced primarily from the
Oakville District in Napa Valley. Aromas of blackberry, anise, white
pepper and cigar notes dominate the nose followed by deep-layered
ripe flavors of black raspberry and sweet oak on the palate. The additi
on of 5% Petite Sirah gives the wine added density, richness, power
and purity.
